Orange, fennel and celery salad
Serves 4 :
200 gr. white celery
3 tbs. olive oil
Wash fennels and remove hard outer leaves. Cut up lengthwise and cut up celery in the same way. Marinate in a bowl for a few minutes with the oil, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, peel the oranges and cut them up over a bowl so as not to waste any juice. Place the fennel and celery in a dish and the orange pieces on them and dress with the orange juice and marinating oil beaten together
Suggested wine: a light dry wine
