Quality: slightly alcoholic
Alcoholic base: bitter Campari
Method: in the glass
Glass: medium tumbler
Decoration: slice of tarocco orange

Ingredients
7/10 fresh orange juice
3/10 bitter Campari


Procedure
Put ice cubes in glass, first pour in bitter, then the filtered orange juice.
Mix well for a few seconds.
Decorate with slice of tarocco orange.
The cocktail is ready.


Variations
This cocktail is dedicated to Garibaldi and in particular to his landing in Sicily: Sicilian oranges and Campari which remind us of Garibaldis followers red shirts.

It can be served at all hours of the day.
